Jenna Hare/ Jennafit started in 2016 with certification of American Fitness Professionals and Precision Nutrition. Upon completion Jenna grew a passion with not only wellness, but helping other women gain confidence in themselves. She enjoyed learning her strength through weightlifting and showing up each and every day with a positive mindset to be better. Jenna enjoys helping women overcome different challenges they’re struggling with including, self-esteem, trauma, mental health, nutrition, self-image, and confidence. Her passion has not only been helping women, but also working with athletes. She played sports in school and enjoys helping teens with endurance, strength, agility, and speed to help them not only grow, but to be successful in their athletic ability. Aside from training she is married, a mom of two boys, loves spending time with her family and making every experience a memory she will always remember.

Private Training Sessions

1:1 training, Group training, and specialized camp classes offered. Training in person will be an individualized approach geared towards specific goals for each client. We will work on strength training, speed, endurance, weight loss, postpartum wellness therapy, balance, early menopause, and much more.

Group Classes

Classes are offered throughout the week on scheduled days/times but are available as drop ins if space is available. These group classes may be intense, but it is a great push for anyone from beginner to advanced. Each client is different, but the workouts are customed to fit all goals. You will experience extra motivation and be surrounded by supportive women.
